Trader Joe’s Chickpeas with Cumin & Parsley Review, $1.79

They are DELICIOUS! The only issue is why use soybean oil?? Soy is not that great for us – it’s a phytoestrogen. There are many other, better oils that can be used. But that aside, the beans are fabulous mixed in a salad, or as a little treat on the end of a spoon. Highly recommend (just need TJ’s to change the oil).
