I loved this. I’m vegan and used to eating a lot of veggies and greens though.. I can see adding chicken or something, but it really was great on its own. I only got this one this time. Hoping to try the southwest one and also hope they come up with a few other sauté bowl options too! These are a lifesaver!! I made it tonight when I got home from shopping and it took 5 minutes for a delicious, hearty, healthy meal. Can’t beat that!
