Ingredients: <br />- Trader Joe’s Frozen bag Rainbow Trout (4 pieces per bag)<br />- Green Goddess Seasoning (NOT dressing, had a voiceover blip 🙃)<br />- 2 tbsp butter<br />- 1 tbsp olive oil<br />- 2 - 3 cloves minced garlic<br />- 1/2 lemon<br />- Chopped green onion for garnish<br /><br />1. Let the rainbow trout thaw per package instructions<br />2. Pat dry the rainbow trout<br />3. Season both sides of the the trout with the green goddess seasoning and pat into the flesh. I like to use lots of seasoning, so the flesh and skin are well covered<br />4. Add olive oil to a non-stick pan on med-heat. Place trout fillets flesh side down on the pan and press lightly so they sear. Sear for 3-4 minutes, until crispy and golden. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Add the butter and garlic and stir around each filet. Use a spoon to douse the garlic butter on the fish. <br />5. Remove from heat and drizzle with the remaining butter in the pan and top with green onion.
