If you’re wondering why I choose Matcha over coffee most days, it’s because I find coffee makes me quite anxious and I feel crazy hunger all day, even if I eat I am unable to feel satiated.
I did my research and the reason Matcha does not produce any of these feelings is because it is a natural appetite suppressant and is packed with L-Theanine. L- Theanine is associated with improved mood, cognition and the reduction of stress and anxiety-like symptoms.

Here is my everyday recipe for my moring Matcha!
- 1 teaspoon matcha
- 1 tablespoon of collagen (you can get this at TJs)
