Easily my drink for summer 2023! Here is a simple recipe that will stay with you forever.
Ingredients
.5oz Aperol
3oz+ Dry Prosecco, Champagne or Cava
1oz soda water (I like to use the Blood Orange Spindrift)
Orange slice
Note: Feel free to adjust more champagne or less and the same with the soda water to your desired taste and booze level.
Instructions
In a wine glass (any glass will work), add a ice about 1/2 cup of ice and pour champagne or alt. You will need to let it fizzle down. Add aperol and soda water. Mix. Top with orange slice and enjoy!
